Common questions

What software do I need?

Excel 365 on Windows, opened in the desktop app rather than a browser, since the buttons rely on macros. Mac support is on the roadmap but not yet verified — if you're on Mac, check back before purchasing.

Will this connect to my bank?

No. CellCraft 365 never connects to the internet or your accounts. You enter every transaction yourself, and your data stays on your machine.

Can I change the look?

Yes — Admin Settings includes 8 built-in themes (Light, Dark, Light/Dark Green, Light/Dark Blue, Pink, Shadow). Applying one takes 1–2 minutes to propagate across every tab.

What happens at year-end?

Run Archive Current Year Expenses from Admin Settings, update the budget year and beginning balance, and the workbook rolls forward clean — last year's transactions move to Transactions-Prior automatically.
